About Haley

Hi, I'm Haley! I have over 10 years of experience in child care. I enjoy working with children of all ages, but specialize in children 5 and under. For the past 4+ years, I've supported kids with autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral challenges. My caregiving approach blends creativity, structure, and fun. I love crafts, imaginative play, nature walks, and sensory activities. I'm great with meltdowns, tantrums, and big feelings-I've learned how to stay calm, supportive, and attuned even when things get tough. I'm comfortable with pets, familiar with managing allergies, and trained in CPR/First Aid/AED (adult + pediatric). Safety is always my top priority. I'm currently earning an MSW to become a child therapist. I'm available for summer help after 1:00pm, before I return to school in the fall. Let's connect and see if we're a good fit!
