I worked at Storypoint in Saline Mi. I was in the Memory Care unit for about 3 years. The good days and bad days I found so much joy and learned a lot. I grew such a connection with many residents I saw them as my own grandparents. Covid outbreak Hit my unit hard I was glad I could be there for them when they were so sick but I lost many of them and needed to take a break from the field and grieve. I am now pursing in getting my CNA so I can get back into it!
