Professionally speaking, I have been an after school teacher of 7 years. In addition to this, I have offered free tutoring for neurodivergent and disabled students in my community for the last 5 years. Haley's work with us started a few months ago. She was available for a one-time job and seemed to hit it off with our boys. It is hard to find a nanny with enough energy to keep three boys on their toes! When our middle child started struggling in school, Haley took the initiative to help create a learning plan for him.
