To the wonderful family who is lucky enough to have her next, I’m writing this with tears in my eyes because letting her go is one of the hardest parts of this new chapter for us. She has been so much more than a nanny—she has truly become a member of our family. From the very beginning, her kindness, patience, and gentle spirit filled our home with comfort, joy, and stability. She loves wholeheartedly and shows up every single day with warmth and intention. She understands children deeply—what they need, how they feel, and how to guide them through big emotions with grace. She is playful, calm, incredibly dependable, and has a natural way of making every moment feel safe and special. Our child absolutely adores her, and so do we. She has celebrated milestones with us, supported us through challenges, and created memories we will treasure forever. It’s hard to put into words the impact she’s had on our lives, but I can say without hesitation that we trust her completely—with our home, with our routines, and most importantly, with our child’s heart. Whoever gets her next is gaining someone extraordinary. She will love your children as if they were her own, and your whole family will feel the difference she makes. We love her to pieces, and while it breaks our hearts to say goodbye, we are so grateful for the time we’ve had with her. She is a gift—one we hope you cherish just as much as we have. We love you Haley!
