Hello! I have over 10 years of experience working directly with families and children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. I am a trauma-assumed, BCBA whom has implemented assent based therapy. I am very passionate about incorporating teaching opportunities through play, and using positive reinforcement and natural environment training to increase language and decrease challenging behaviors. I also have experience working with teenagers with self injurious and aggressive behaviors. I have experience in diaper changing, showering, feeding/preparing food, light house cleaning etc. I have cared for multiple children and young adults, ages range from 10 months-26 years old. I am very patient, reliable, creative, fun and responsible. I enjoy playing outdoors, arts and crafts, reading, playing music, and games!
