About Haley

I have eight years experience caring for children; my background is working with infants, toddlers, and children through age 13. I am very nurturing, attentive, patient, and believe strongly in positive reinforcement. My responsibilities as a nanny have included, but are not limited to, encouraging social and emotional development by openly discussing various topics with the children as they arise, encouraging social interactions with adults and children outside the home, prioritizing the development of motor skills through various games and activities, attending to the children's daily routines such as preparation for school, driving to and from sports and activities, actively communicating with parents concerning needs, as well as maintaining a daily log book. I am very comfortable with light cleaning and organizing of children's belongings, love animals, do not smoke, and genuinely have a passion for working with children!
