About Haleigh

Not only have I been taking care of others animals, I also have two dogs of my own so I understand the concern and love that goes into our animals. I have both a black labrador and pit bull mix that I rescued from a kill shelter and lovable chihuahua that was gifted to me. Despite the stereotype around chihuahuas, I've spent many, many hours socializing and desensitizing him to be very friendly. Additionally, when I adopted my lab pit mix, he was abused and abandoned. This left him very traumatized so it took a lot of effort and patience to get him friendly and no longer scared of the world. With just the experience of my dogs, I have seen and done a lot to work with animals. I also have a beard dragon, a leopard gecko, and a bunny that are all very healthy and happy.
