My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to establish strong bonds with children and create a safe, nurturing environment. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents, providing written daily reports and engaging in verbal communication during pickup. I am highly comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a structured routine that aligns with the family's values. My approach to childcare is holistic, encompassing a variety of activities that cater to different interests and developmental needs. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and technology-based games. I played volleyball in college and am happy to help with sports!
