Haily was amazing with our three year old toddler. She watched him while my husband and I went out to dinner with friends. She played with him, built a little gingerbread house, read him books and got him to bed before we got home. Easy as can be. And our son woke up the following morning talking about how much fun he had. Would definitely hire Haily again and recommend her for babysitting or nannying needs.
