About Hailly

Hi! I'm a mom of two with a genuine love for caring for children and helping families feel supported. Along with my experience as a mom, I've also worked with children with special needs, including autism, as well as in a school setting. Those experiences have taught me how important patience, kindness, consistency, and understanding are for every child's individual needs and personality. I have experience with children of different ages, including newborns and toddlers, and I always do my best to create a calm, safe, and loving environment where kids feel comfortable, cared for, and free to be themselves. Whether we're playing, sticking to routines, helping with homework, or just getting through a tough moment, I try to make children feel supported and parents feel at ease knowing their little ones are in caring hands. I know how much trust it takes to leave your child with someone, and I treat every child with the same care, patience, and attention I would want for my own.
