Hi my names Haille! Being at the age of 23 I have had experience with children from newborn to the tween years. I currently have 4 nephews and 4 nieces. The youngest right now is a year old and the oldest is 12. I'm willing to adjust to whatever makes you and your little ones happy when you are unable to be around. We were so excited to have Haille start caring for our daughter. She did an excellent job her first day with our daughter, cleaning up, etc. She told us she had to leave a little early to meet the cable company, which of course we understood. The night before her second day, she cancelled due to a medical emergency, which we understood as well. Over the weekend she confirmed that she was available any day the following week, then she cancelled again the night before she was scheduled to work. We said again that we understand things happen, but asked her to confirm she was still committed to the job. No response. We waited a week and asked again to understand what might have happened. No response. We would have been fine if Haille simply said she wasn't interested in the position anymore, but instead she strung us along and then simply stopped communicating so we felt compelled to share this so other parents aren't put in the same position. Haille is not reliable.
