About Hailie

I'd describe myself as personable and kind. I'm looking for a job that will work for everybody. I can stick to schedules, but if you aren't apposed to it I can/will come up with fun games or crafts for your child(ren) and I to do. I started working with kids when I was 14. I began babysitting for family friends after taking a babysitting course through the YMCA. Not too long after I became a lifeguard, I had a few friend of a friends reach out asking for weekends here and there. I have always had a pleasant experience. In my spare time, I like to go out hiking or fishing with my husband and dog; otherwise I'm indoors studying for whatever certification I'm aiming for at that time. My skills I may not have much childcare specific certification, however I can relate and get along with children quickly. I have taken a special interest in working with the disabled, which does come with patience, and I always come into work with a good attitude and a smile.
