About Hailey

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, a calling I have pursued for five years. My approach to care is rooted in patience and a calm, friendly demeanor that helps children feel secure and engaged. I hold a college degree as well as taken specialized Early Child Development coursework, and I maintain current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. Whether we are playing educational board games, working on creative crafts, or enjoying supervised swim time, I love creating a fun environment. I follow your lead on household rules and communicate through your preferred method, whether that is a text update or a chat at pickup. I am also happy to assist with light housekeeping or travel needs. I look forward to the opportunity to become a trusted, supportive partner in your family's daily life.
