About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey and I'm very interested in this position! I've been working with children since I was 16 and have several years of experience with a range of ages. I was a preschool assistant teacher for 3 years, primarily working with children ages 3-5, and I currently work as a paraprofessional at a school where I support and care for multiple students each day. This has given me strong experience with routines, behavior support, and creating a safe, engaging environment for kids. I'm CPR certified, a non-smoker, and very comfortable around pets. I also have my own reliable transportation. I'm currently attending Southern Connecticut State University for Early Childhood Education, which reflects my passion for working with children. I'll be available to start full-time on June 22nd once the school year ends, and I'm happy to be flexible with scheduling.
