About Hailey

Nurturing young minds is my passion, and I have four years of experience caring for children of all ages. My previous babysitting experiences solidified my desire to positively impact children's lives. I create a fun and stimulating environment through outdoor games, puzzles, and educational activities. I am patient, creative, and approachable, and I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents through daily reports, verbal updates, and texts. I also hold certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training and have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I have been a certified EMT for 6 years working in EMS and clinics/ERs. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and can assist with light housekeeping. I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you and your family!
