About Hailey

I'm passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive impact on their lives. With over eight years of experience as a childcare provider, I am confident in my ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of all ages. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to easily connect with children and build strong relationships with them. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and keep them regularly updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. I hold both First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications, ensuring I am well-equipped to handle any emergency situation. Since 2018 I have been teaching 1-2-year-olds. I just recently left my job at Chesterbrook Academy to pursue a teaching degree. I'm looking for a schedule that allows me to go to school while also allowing me time with my own daughter at home!
