Hailey has been watching my four year old for a little over a year now. She is respectful of the boundaries we have for our home and toddler. She takes constructive criticism well if applicable. Hailey does minor house work that accompanies her position, but is always willing to help with extra tasks and chores for a bonus and picks up extra shifts sometimes. She is extremely patient and has the ability to stop my toddler in the middle of a meltdown, get on his level, and calm him down in a way, that inspires me as a mother. An important aspect for our family is how reliable she is. She also is an avid animal lover and volunteers to coddle all my pets while here. As a person Hailey is kind, warm, nurturing, patient, genuine and an all around beautiful human. My toddler always tells her he loves her and we do too. Hailey would be a great fit for any nanny needs💖
