Hi! My name is Hailey, and I am a very energetic, creative and nurturing nanny/ babysitter. My experience ranges from teaching at a daycare in Plymouth, working with children from infants (3 months) to preschool age (7 years old), to spending my summers as a volunteer camp counselor at the Lakeville Martial Arts Club, and then during college at the Holyoke YMCA Summer Program, both all-day summer camps for children under 13. I was also promoted to supervisor of the YMCA before and after school program, working with elementary to middle school age children. In recent years, I have worked as a part time nanny while also working in the Tech world in HR/TA. After some soul searching, I realized my true calling is in childcare! My long term goal is to open a daycare one day. Given my experience and passion for childhood development, I am comfortable caring for children of any ages. I'm excited to bring my experience, love of learning, creativity, and fall in love with a great family!

Hailey has been a great mentor, tutor and caregiver to our boys who are in elementary school. As she has a plenty of experiences at YMCA, having supervised nearly 50 children in a class as we heard, she is extremely creative with arts & crafts as well as great at outdoor sports; playing soccer, bike riding, swimming and etc. Thanks to her sincere and fun personality, my sons has been listening to her much better with more respects than they do to us parents. She has also enough experience in house chores and has been helpful with light meal preparation and laundry and etc. Hailey has been an amazing asset to our family. We are very grateful for her exceptional support and assistance. Thank you so much!
