About Hailey

I've spent the last four years as a childcare provider, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Watching children learn and grow is a true privilege, and I'm proud of the positive impact I've had on the lives of so many families. I have a patient and calm personality, which helps me stay composed in any situation. I'm also creative and imaginative, so I can always come up with new and exciting ways to engage children and make learning fun. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I always make sure to keep them updated on their child's day. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules, as I believe this is important for children's development. I enjoy playing all sorts of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games to educational games. I believe that play is essential for children's development, and I'm always looking for new ways to make it fun and engaging. I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers.
