About Hailey

Hi there! My name is Hailey, and I have always loved working with kids. I got my first job the day after I turned 16 teaching kids how to swim! I specialized in swim lessons for 3's and 4's, but I regularly taught classes for kids up to 12 years old. From there, I worked in summer camp, daycare, and even preschool. I have experience regularly babysitting for the community, but I also have experience as a career nanny. I have nannied for families with only one child, but also a family with five! I thrive in the chaos of holding a baby on one hip, preparing a snack, and singing songs with a toddler all at the same time. I also excel at creating meaninigful and engaging activities for kids to do throughout their busy days.
