About Hailey

Nurturing a child's curiosity and watching them grow is what drives my passion for childcare. With two years of experience, I offer a patient, calm, and creative environment for children ages one through 12. I am comfortable caring for up to two children and am happy to assist with light housekeeping, craft projects, and swimming supervision. I prioritize clear communication by following your preferred method, whether that is a verbal update at pickup or a quick text during the day. I respect your parenting style and will always follow your lead when enforcing household rules. Whether we are playing board games, solving puzzles, or heading outside for physical activities, I focus on creating a positive, reliable experience for your family. I am truly honored to be a supportive presence in your children's lives and look forward to meeting your family.
