About Hailey

Nurturing children and witnessing their growth is my greatest passion. My journey into caregiving began with rewarding babysitting experiences that showed me how much I value supporting families and making a positive impact on young lives. During my year of experience, I have developed a patient, creative, and approachable style while caring for the kids in my Church Sunday school. I volunteered at an ABA clinic for about a year as well. I enjoy leading outdoor sports, playing board games, and facilitating educational activities. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, carpooling, and crafts. I maintain open communication by following your preferred method, whether that is a text or a chat at pickup. I am fully committed to following your lead regarding household rules.
