About Hailey

Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for! My previous babysitting roles motivated me to become a caregiver. I have two years of experience caring for children ages 1-11. I am comfortable caring for 2-4 children at a time. Parents can expect me to be patient, calm, creative, friendly, and approachable. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether it is verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am very good at first aid and I would love to bring my passion for nurturing young minds to your family!
