Hello. My name is Hailey. I am 28 and would love to be your nanny. I am looking to work with ages 2 to 6. I tend to work best with girls. Hours of Monday thru Thursday or Friday, between 8 and 6 but 8 hours days max with small exceptions. I love to teach preschool. I have lots of great Ideas. I love taking kids outside when it's nice, reading books, story time at the library, helping kids with crafts, playing games and teaching. I have nannied for three families each over a year. Ages 2-5 and one infant. I have over 100 hours volunteering at Powhatan Methodist Preschool and worked at the Y for a year. I am AED, CPR and First Aid trained for Infants, child and adult. I am looking for a family with a preschool age child but am comfortable if the child has siblings that also need care. Looking around the central to eastern Powhatan area.

Hailey was over and above a babysitter to my kids. When Hailey first hired she was working with my 3 years old. Hailey came prepared with activities to do. There was never a dull moment from baking, crafting, to holiday themes you name it. More importantly, Hailey became a part of our family where she would spend her personal time to come to kids’ events. Her love for children is so genuine. You will not find another person who cares as much as Hailey. Hailey was also on time everyday. When she needed time off she will give you plenty of notice to make other arrangement. She also helped out with other children (6 years old) and when our new baby came along. When it comes to chores Hailey works great with a list. Be sure to create a list and she will make sure it gets done. We hope Hailey finds another family that loves and cares for her the same we do and the same day she does.
