About Hailey

From the time I was a little girl playing with baby dolls I knew I loved children. As I got older I was the kid that loved to hold babies. Then into adulthood I started babysitting for friends and family, and loved it. I feel the calling on my life to be an advocate for those without a voice or not knowing how to express themselves. As a teen I began working in geriatrics and loved caring for people and making sure they knew they weren't a burden. I am a licensed CNA, with yearly BLS/CPR training. I have 10 years of medical experience in neuro critical care, neonatal, mother baby, hospice, and geriatrics. I'm confident in my ability to keep children and vulnerable adults safe, and humbled to be entrusted with their lives. Currently until the end of July, I watch my 1 and 2-year-old nieces Monday- Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to about 4 p.m. Outside of that I'm available. I'm also looking for something more full time starting in /August.
