Hello! My name is Hailey I've been caring for children for over 4 years, and I've always had a passion for helping them thrive. I am a preschool assistant teacher and work with 3-year-olds. I am CPR/First aid Certified. I find it immensely fulfilling to support families and provide reliable care for their little ones. My patient and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children and create a safe, nurturing environment. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, providing regular updates about their child's day and addressing any concerns promptly. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect their parenting choices. To keep the kids engaged and entertained, I enjoy playing a variety of games with them, from energetic outdoor sports to board games and puzzles.
