We loved Hailey and she was so good with our baby, but unfortunately she is extremely unreliable. Almost every shift she had an excuse for why she would be late or unable to work. I tried to be as flexible as possible and work with her as I knew she had a busy schedule. She ended up no call/no showing and has been unresponsive to my messages as well. Very unprofessional.
