About Hailey

Hi! I'm Hailey, and I have over 6 years of experience working in childcare. My background includes caring for children in both professional childcare settings and a pediatric healthcare office, where I learned how to help kids feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I also serve in the Military, and have worked as a 911 Operator, which has strengthened my responsibility, reliability, organization, and ability to stay calm in any situation. I genuinely love working with children and strive to create a fun, nurturing, and positive environment where they can learn, play, and feel cared for. Whether it's helping with homework, keeping little ones entertained, or sticking to your family's routines, I'll care for your children with the same patience and attention I'd want for my own family.
