About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey, and I'm a responsible, caring, and energetic caregiver with experience working with children of all ages. I currently work at a YMCA after-school program, where I help supervise kids, lead activities, and create a fun, safe environment. I also come from a big family, which has given me hands-on experience caring for and being around children of many different ages for years. Because of that, I'm very comfortable with different personalities, routines, and age groups. I love keeping kids engaged through games, crafts, outdoor activities, movie nights, and fun age-appropriate activities. I'm patient, dependable, and understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable leaving their children in good hands. I'm also happy to help with homework, light meal prep, bedtime routines, and making sure your child has a safe, fun, and positive experience!
