About Hailey

Hi, I'm Hailey! I'm a full-time career nanny with around 10 years of experience caring for children, with a specialty in infant and toddler care. My experience includes nannying, overnight care, teaching in multiple daycare and preschool settings, serving in church nurseries, and most recently working as a travel nanny as well. Caring for children is truly what I love to do! I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I enjoy being actively involved in children's daily lives through play, learning opportunities, outdoor activities, and helping them reach new milestones. I'm proactive in my role and always try to stay one step ahead of what the family may need. I genuinely value building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.
