About Hailey

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. My four years of experience working with children aged two through 12 have solidified my desire to support families. I also worked in a head-start class for 6 months for a school internship while in high school. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I build strong relationships with families through open communication, whether that's a quick chat at pickup or regular updates via text. I always follow your preferred method. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules. I love engaging children with outdoor sports, board games, and even educational activities. I also have First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I'm friendly and approachable. I'm excited to bring my energy and experience to your family, creating a safe and fun environment where your children can thrive.
