As a gymnast and coach, I've learned the value of encouragement and patience, and I love helping kids build skills, stay active, and believe in themselves. I started working with kids after retiring from gymnastics because I wanted to share my love for the sport. That passion grew into helping kids beyond gymnastics, teaching them life skills to grow and succeed.
