About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey and I am pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Vocal Performance at New York University. with a cross-disciplinary minor in the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology at the Stern School of Business. I have years of experience in childcare, including working with infants, nannying for families with children ages 3-14. I worked at Lesley Ellis Elementary School as a teachers assistant in STEM and art classrooms, organizing daily schedules and activities. I supervised large groups of children and worked one-on-one with kids ages 3-14. Focused on individual social-emotional and educational needs and strived to create a sense of belonging for others by prioritizing equity, honesty, and inclusion. My top skills are strategic thinking, primary education, communication and organizational skills. I have experience with interpersonal relationship building, coaching and mentoring, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
