Hailey expressed interest in the position for occasional babysitting which I posted late in October. We spoke briefly on the phone and she agreed to an interview. I provided her with a simple background check and reference form and asked her to bring it to the interview. The morning of the interview I sent her a message to confirm our meeting. She stated she got her days mixed up and scheduled a doctor's appointment. I offered to reschedule and haven't heard from her since.
