About Hailey

As a creative and patient childcare provider with three years of experience, I'm passionate about helping children's development through engaging activities and outdoor play. My previous nannying roles solidified my desire to positively impact young lives. I believe open communication with parents is essential, so I follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day and any concerns. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules while also encouraging independence and self-expression. I enjoy encouraging learning and play through outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I'm comfortable caring for up to tree children, ranging in age from infants to pre-teens. I am currently enrolled in GCU online, and have taken CPR and First Aid classes in the past but would be happy to get recertification per request. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, or travel-related tasks.
