Hi! My name is Hailey, and I'm an experienced childcare professional, preschool teacher, and mom to a toddler daughter. I have several years of hands-on experience caring for young children in both classroom and home settings, including routines, meals, naps, behavior support, potty training, and creating engaging daily activities. My background in early childhood education allows me to bring more than supervision! I create a warm, structured, and enriching environment where children can learn through play, creativity, outdoor time, and age-appropriate activities.
