About Hailey

Hi! I currently work in the Ankeny School District as a Level 3 Special Education Aide, where I support students through individualized instruction, social emotional skills, and daily routines. Before that, I worked as a toddler teacher, creating hands on, play based learning experiences that helped little ones grow. Working with children has always been close to my heart. I'm patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy working with kids. Whether it's helping with after school routines, supporting homework, guiding big feelings, or keeping kids engaged with creative activities, I bring calm structure, warmth, and a sense of fun to every day. I'm also experienced with personal care support, including hygiene and feeding assistance, and I'm comfortable working with children who have diverse needs, abilities, and personalities.
