Hello! My name is Hailey and I'm 25 years old. I have 9 years of childcare experience as I have been a caregiver for my 2 nieces (ages 4 & 6) and nephew (age 9). I enjoy doing fun activities with the kids such as nature walks, crafts, going to parks, and going for ice cream! Hailey has helped us several times now as a mother's helper for my daughter who has special needs. She has always been prompt and communicated very well. And she interacts so beautifully and enthusiastically with my daughter who adores her. I have a lot of educational games allotted to the times she's worked, and she engaged so naturally, reinforcing learning in a fun way. She's even brought along or made games for my daughter to enjoy. Highly recommend!
