Hi all! My name is Hailey. I've been working with children since I was 13, babysitting for family members and friends. Throughout high school I did small babysitting jobs for family friends. When I graduated, I began working with the YMCA as a teachers aide/ camp counselor for elementary aged children. I worked there for about a year before moving to AZ and becoming a teachers assistant at a daycare. Both jobs required me to be CPR certified and take classes in order to best serve the children. In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, read, and journal. I have a 2-year-old golden retriever who loves walking and hiking as much as I do (maybe more)! I'm a college student, majoring in child psychology, and hoping for more experience with children! I'm very adaptable and ready to learn! I'm looking for a job that has a flexible and consistent schedule. I'm hoping to build relationships not only with the children but with the parents as well! :)
