Greetings! My name is Hailey, a 26-year-old college graduate and a mother to a 1-year-old boy. I have 8 years of professional experience in childcare. Working with children is a passion of mine as it keeps me active and engaged. My journey in childcare began with babysitting, but I eventually expanded into teaching gymnastics, yoga, dance, and art through various programs. I am well-versed in incorporating Reggio and Montessori Inspired learning methods, and I strongly believe in gentle parenting as a means of guidance. Rest assured, I am CPR/First Aid certified. My teaching approach revolves around creating a magical atmosphere through "fairy-dust teaching," nurturing a love for nature exploration, and fostering Montessori independence. I cannot recommend Hailey enough. She has watched both of our children, currently ages 4 and 7, for over 3 years. The only reason I'm writing this review and not with her right now is because she and her beautiful family moved a few states away. :) My son (7) has ADHD and takes several medications a day. He is also very picky about who he clicks with and, even more importantly, who can get him through a tantrum. I trust Hailey with ALL of his needs, from medications to keeping his schedule to his emotional needs to being extremely fun! She really can do it all. Hailey is fantastic with my daughter, as well. She is excellent with the sibling dynamics, including with children that are night and day different from each other. Hailey is magic and we miss seeing her every day. She became our family over the years and I guarantee she will become yours, too. Your children will be so lucky to know Hailey and be loved by her.
