Where to start. I have a 6-year-old daughter that's my little pistol. I work with children daily as a cheerleading coach. I was a nanny for 5 years and have worked with a young boy with Asperger's when I was a full-time live-in nanny. I am CPR/First Aid Certified, worked at a Military CDC (Child Development Center) as a CDA (Child Development Assistant), also; worked at a few daycares, with loving kids whom I treated like my own and have done late night babysitting. My key perspective I have obtained throughout my years is "The second mom" attitude. I deal and have dealt with everything a mom does, and I do anything a mom would have to for their kids. Hailey is a young, enthusiastic, and extremely trustworthy individual. She helped with my three children. The oldest, age 7, has Aspberger's Syndrome and Hailey was very good with him. She was wonderful with all three and immediately became one of the family...always willing to lend a hand and go above and beyond her duties. We were very sad to see her go. We miss you, Hailey!
