My name is Hailey, and I'm a creative, outgoing, and caring childcare provider with over 6 years of experience. I began as a paraprofessional supporting children with special needs for 4 years, then spent a year substituting, and have worked the past year in a daycare setting. I'm seeking a role that emphasizes hands-on learning, supports developmental milestones, and creates smooth, supportive transitions for every child.
