About Hailey

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. My four years of experience have solidified my desire to positively impact young lives and support families. I am patient, creative, and friendly, which helps me connect with children. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and always communicate updates via their preferred method, whether through texts, calls, or in person. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I have completed Early Child Development coursework, and First Aid. Knowing I can provide a safe and fun environment for your child brings me immense satisfaction.
