About Hailey

I'm a college student with a passion for helping children learn and grow. I have experience caring for younger family members from newborns to age 11 and feel confident looking after up to two children at a time. I also have extensive experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, which has helped me become very patient, flexible, and understanding of individual needs. I enjoy playing board games, doing puzzles, spending time outdoors, and encouraging creativity through play. I follow household rules closely and always respect parents' preferences and routines. I keep open communication and provide updates through text or phone calls based on what families prefer. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, and am comfortable with pets. I bring a calm and dependable presence into each home and love creating safe and engaging environments for kids
