Hi! My name is Hailey, and I have over 5 years of experience providing nurturing and reliable care for children ages 3 months to 12 years old. During my time as a caregiver, I have had the opportunity to oversee groups up to 6 children at once, ensuring their safety, comfort, and development. I believe in creating a warm, supportive environment where children feel valued and encouraged to grow. I love teaching kids new skills, whether it's through fun, hands-on activities or helping them build confidence in everyday tasks.
