About Hailey

Hello, my name is Hailey and I am going to be a senior at University this fall where I am majoring in health and physical education. I have always had a passion for caring for children, which is why I became a childcare provider. I have over 4 years of experience working with children of all ages. I have been a babysitter for countless families, a summer camp counselor for 2 years a, and a coach for young athletes. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and I always follow their preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead. I enjoy engaging in all different kinds of activities and games with children. I also have a car, I'm comfortable with pets, I'm a non-smoker, and I am CPR certified.
