About Hailey

Hi! I'm Hailey, I'm 26 years old and I have three daughters (ages 8, 6 and 2) I have a genuine love for working with children. Ever since I had my first daughter, I discovered how much I enjoy being around kids. Watching them learn, grow, and express their personalities is incredibly rewarding, and I'm passionate about providing a safe, caring, and fun environment where children can thrive. I began working with children while pregnant with my third child, starting in a daycare setting with the1-year-old classroom before transitioning to the3-year-old classroom. I also have experience assisting a VPK teacher, supporting classroom activities and early childhood development. I also have one year of experience working as a camp counselor in an after-school program, where I supported children in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. During this time, I helped plan activities, supervised groups, encouraged teamwork.
