I'd describe my personality as reliable, empathetic, and positive I like working with kids because I think they are so lively and so fun. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for kids and I am actually studying to become a pediatric nurse in the future. I'm looking for a job that I can create relationships in, and truly impact the people I am serving. I started working with kids through my church. I helped run small groups for VBS as well as rec games. I also coached kids in soccer when I was in middle school. In my spare time, I like to go thrifting and try new coffee shops. I also love being outside whether I am playing soccer, hiking or swimming. One thing you should know about me is I will always put your kids above myself. I know the responsibility that. ones with childcare and in everything I would do, I would do in service to your family and children. My skills include patience, communication, and creativity.

Hailey is amazing with kids - they love her. She watched kids in the neighborhood and they always wanted to be around her. She is positive, energetic, and fun. Extremely responsible with CNA credentials. She is good with Kids, Pets and elderly.
