I have over 4 years of experience in behavior therapy and over 15 years of experience in caretaking with children and adults. I am fully comfortable working with children and adults with special needs as well as neurotypical children of all ages. Helping people learn, advocate for themselves and live happily and independently are my passions. I love being active so running around with kids is never a problem for me. Hailey (Sol) is a wonderful babysitter to our girls. She is patient and so kind and engaging with them. Our 3 year old was belly laughing a lot as they played games and did crafts and played pretend. Sol had an awesome attitude, was prompt, communicative, and overall really great. We have hired her 3 times already and plan to hire again.
