Hi there! I'm a native Coloradan and current Montessori teacher. Before moving back to CO, I had been a 1st grade teacher in Baltimore City. I received my Masters of Arts in Teaching from Johns Hopkins University in 2015. My experience with children goes beyond the classroom, as I have nannied and babysat since high school. I am comfortable watching many children at one time and can help families with errands, taking children to extracurricular activities, schoolwork help or tutoring, or any other tasks. I highly recommend Hailey. When you think of qualities in a nanny or child care provider, do you think kind, reliable, someone who instantly feels like part of the family, someone your child or children will learn from and enjoy being with? Hailey is all this and more. Hailey and my children are fabulous companions whether sharing a meal, a learning experience, playing games, or heading off to school together. Recently I asked Hailey if she could be available at an insanely early hour in the morning so I could travel for work. She responded to my text right away "Absolutely" and sure enough, as is always the case, Hailey arrived, not just on time, but early. Hailey has such a kind, calm and helpful demeanor that when my kids spend time with Hailey they are well behaved and at the same time they are always learning. I am forever grateful for Hailey's excellent care of my children. If you live in Vail, you are fortunate to have Hailey near you.
